Lab in a Bag: Gears and Gadgets

Get ready to invent! Students will learn about engineering, momentum, and cause and effect all while inventing a variety of machines. They will build contraptions that can launch socks across the room, flip a light switch without having to move from their seats, and even flap the wings of DaVinci's Flying Machine! From mini-builds to room scale inventions, this lab will have kids fascinated by the type of engineering they are capable of achieving on their own! over 100 interchangeable parts including: gears, axles, pulleys, cranks, pistons, ratchet, cams, rack and pinion and full color engineering guide.
